  • Shipping is expected to take place within 2-3 business days. Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown on the product description page and during the checkout process. 

  • Because the safety of our customers and employees and the protection of public health are our top priorities, we are working with shipping providers to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In order to further increase security during delivery, die Shipping service providers temporarily no longer require the signature of the recipient for most orders and are thus following the recommendation of the World Health Organization (WHO). It is therefore not necessary for the time being for you to confirm receipt of your orders with us by signing them. Where are DI SCIASCIO items made?

DI SCIASCIO products are made from particularly high-quality materials and meet the highest design and quality standards. Most DI SCIASCIO  products are made in Italy. Exceptions include watches, which are usually made in Switzerland, perfumes made in France and the UK, cosmetics made in EU countries and eyewear made in Japan.

 

In keeping with our responsible sourcing mission, we relentlessly seek more sustainable materials and manufacturing processes to create products that have less impact on the environment while still meeting our high standards of workmanship and quality. 

How do I know my product is genuine?  Does DI SICASCIO guarantee the authenticity of all DI SCIASCIO products sold on DI SCIASCIO.CO?

Behind it are cultural ideals, a know-how that has grown over generations, and a mission that has made DI SICASICO one of the most sought-after luxury brands in the world. Counterfeit DI SCIASCIO products are knockoffs or imitations of original DI SCIASCIO products intended to mislead consumers. These can be of poor quality, may not have the detail and careful finishing of original DI SCIASCIO products, and are occasionally offered at higher prices.

 

We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased on DI SCIASCIO.CO  and in official DI SCIASCIO stores.

What payment methods are accepted?

DI SCIASCIO accepts the following methods of payment for online purchases:

*Paypal payments are not accepted in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.

When placing an order, your billing address must match the information on file for your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, Contact us please ASAP. We will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that the order can subsequently be changed. Fulfilled orders cannot be canceled or changed. You can return your item according to DI SCIASCIO online return policy. 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

How do customs fees and taxes affect my order?

There is a change in the existing customs regulations. For orders between €151 and €1,500, you will be asked to pay an import tax of €150 once the order arrives in your country. For orders over €1,500 you must appoint an import agent and pay all relevant taxes and customs duties as determined by local authorities. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Is delivery to a PO Box address possible?

Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your shipping or delivery information after you have placed your order, please get in touch as soon as possible contact with us on. Delivery information, including the delivery address, cannot be changed once the order has already shipped. Please note that shipping and delivery information for orders paid for via PayPal cannot be changed after the order is placed.

SHIPPING

What is the return and exchange policy? 

Returns can be made within 30 days from the delivery date by sending your item via courier to the address provided on the return label.

Returned goods must meet the requirements below in order to be eligible for a refund: 

  • All items (including DI SCIASCIO Beauty) must be in their original condition with all original tags attached. Worn, used, altered or damaged goods will not be accepted. In the case of lingerie, any hygiene strips that may be present must be intact.

  • Returns of items with a return label attached will only be accepted if this has not been removed. 

  • Made to order or personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. 

  • For hygiene reasons, you should wear swimwear, tights and lingerie over your own clothes when trying them on. 

  • Different instructions may apply when returning Décor items such as chairs or items with non-standard dimensions. If you wish to return such an item, to contact Please contact us. 

  • Items purchased in a Di SICASCIO Store, DI SCIASCIO Outlet store or from any other retail or wholesaler cannot be returned to DI SCIASCIO.CO. These items can be returned through the same channel as the original purchase.
